Very Nearly Almost is proud to release its twenty-first issue. And it’s pretty special being the first to feature a female cover artist; and who better to take this highly coveted position than the queen of street art herself, Miss Van. This issue is bursting with interviews – from the Ever-Fresh crew member Rone, monochromatic illustrative master Joe Fenton and street art new-comer NoseGo. VNA#21 also have pearls of wisdom from those who have been on the scene since its inception, like Inkie, photographer Alex Fakso and Canadian artist Johnny Crap who also took the time to design our latest subscriber t-shirt. VNA caught up with a few other influential ladies including graffiti artist Mad-C and stencilist Amanda Marie, as well as illustrative duo Wurstbande from Berlin. There’s also something a bit different from another duo, husband and wife Dal & Faith47 who chose to interview each other. If this wasn’t enough you can also find interviews with queen of crochet, Olek, and the brilliant Nicolas le Borgne, a.k.a Odö – as well as a look at what’s been going on in the streets of London, Detroit and Japan.
