Graffiti artist RATH of COD and 3A Crews went some hours upstate to Ithaca Ny where he painted the Get Up State Jam. Some Students at Cornell University put together this jam in coordination with the town council and the Cornell Library. As was brought up at one of the panels, the makers of style wars had to seek funding from outside the united states in order to document what is now a full fledged area or artistic expression. “I´ve been doing a lot of water coloring recently and wanted to paint something super washy, with colors kind of bleeding all over the place, it was a fun way to paint; most technique out the window just kind of tossing paint at the wall in layers.”
