From September 15 to 17, the first Timisoara Graffiti Festival took place in Timisoara, Romania. The art college in collaboration with the city administration organized the event, MOLOTOW™ supported the festival with spray cans for the artists from Romania and abroad. The project was built around the investigation and interpretation of visuality, a show of the present and a near or distant future. The festivals intention is to promote graffiti as a serious art as well as an expression of urban popular culture. The additional goal is to establish a code of ethics for writers, a guide to help young artists change the image of their city. Therefore graffiti workshops and open discussions with art specialists had been held simultaneously in the Timisoara art college.

As special guests MOLOTOW™ suggested 3 sprayers from Germany – MadC, Caparso and Omsk. Now one can marvel at 2 walls the three members of the Burning Saxony crew did during their visit in the city close to the river Bega.
