MadC in London
On Thursday 14th of April MadC will open her solo show ‘MadABC’ at Pure Evil Gallery London (see Flyer here). In dedication of her book and love for letters she will show several alphabets on canvas, classic MadC pieces on canvas and wall, as well as a selection of sketches. The show runs until 1st of May. The show is also the launch party for her book “Street Fonts – graffiti alphabets from around the world”. In addition she’ll be perform a little live-painting between 11.30am and 3pm at London Graphic Centre in Covent Garden this Saturday 9th of April. You can purchase her book Street Fonts at the store and get it signed by MadC herself at 3pm in the store.

Canvas2Wall – February 2011
“…no matter how gay it sounds i have to admit it, i love pink colors and especially the fuchsia and telemagenta have been my my favourits since they came out, so this time i wanted to try and rock a piece in almost only pink and purple shades. The spot i chosse for the project this time was a old factory spot on Nørrebro in copenhagen, unfortunately i ended up starting out very late so i had to breake the session over in two because of darkness and bad weather.”

This fresh Geser piece was painted in Brooklyn New York on a frigid winter day. With freezing -5 degree c., wind, and snow flurries.
